My husband called East Bay Tree Service after a giant eucalyptus tree fell onto our property, doing extensive damage to our garden and putting our animals at risk. Even though it was after 5pm when we called, Victor said he would be right over with his team to take care of it for us. They were over so fast, worked in the pouring rain, and didn't leave until we were sure our animals would be safe for the night. They found a way to prop up our broken fence, and even patched the broken animal enclosure. Victor and his crew could have easily gone home for the night- but they took care of us in our time of need and after a very stressful day that meant the world to us. They came back first thing the next morning to finish the job. The work was done quickly and efficiently and the workers on site were friendly. We will use them for all of our big tree jobs in the future and will recommend them to anyone who needs tree service.

Highly recommend East Bay Tree Service. We received multiple quotes from most of the local companies. Victor came out and he was the only one that really worked with me on what we wanted. We wanted to keep our view corridor but also block our views of the houses under construction behind us. The crew was awesome and Victor was onsite and made sure they were only trimming the trees/branches that we wanted, so that we could continue to enjoy our view, but still block what we didnt want to see. Very reasonable price for all the work they did, they were very professional and finished the same day.

Thank you Victor and crew! Worried about wildfire risk I called Victor last weekend and he came to my home within 30 minutes. He walked the entire property, provided expert advice and we settled on a plan for brush clearing, dead and lower tree limb removal, and removal of an enormous rat nest high up in a willow. Victor and his team were very professional in their service and also extremely competitive on price. I had them remove 7 Pines from my property, which they did with little to no disruption to me or my family. The team was extremely courteous and they were a pleasure to have at my property.
