Our huge old oak tree recently fell due to age and erosion on a Saturday afternoon. I called Victor at East Bay Tree Service. He came out that afternoon, gave us an estimate and subsequently told me he could have a crew out to start removal on Monday morning. First thing Monday, Victor and his crew of about 5 guys got to work. One week later the entire tree, including the stump, was gone. Additionally, they took care of a couple of limbs on our neighbors property that our tree had damaged and removed the debris from the creek that defines our proprty line. These guys worked very hard. They had all the right equipment. They were extremely respectful of our property and were just a great bunch of guys. They left our property clean and neat and they did it all with a smile. Victor was very much involved with the job from start to finish and he was also very helpful with providing recommendations and information for our insurance claim. HIGHLY RECOMMEND EAST BAY TREE SERVICE!!!

Victor and his East Bay Tree Service team worked on our backyard area last Friday to remove, top, or thin down various trees so that we get more sunlight throughout the day, especially in the mid afternoon. Victor patiently listened to what we explained and needed, advised the trees that will make a difference, and followed up twice to make sure the job was satisfactory over the weekend. His team executed quickly, cleanly, and most importantly this is the first tree service who did not damage our property. We're not done yet with our trees related improvement at our home and will definitely hire East Bay Tree Service again.

Victor with East Bay tree service was really easy to work with. I had 4 other estimates, but people were either way too high or appropriately priced, but then when I would try to hire them, never hear back! These guys are fully insured/bonded and reasonably priced to remove 7 trees! I called for an estimate, he was able to come over and discuss the issue with our many dead trees really quickly. They were able to schedule us really quickly, due to another job we have starting in the yard. I really appreciated his tree knowledge, deciveness and communication. They took care of the trees and left not a trace behind. Fast, courteous, thorough. Well done! I would use them again in a heartbeat.
