GREAT SERVICE and VALUE. I called 3 similar services on a Saturday - Victor was the first to arrive and had by far the best quote. He agreed to have a team at our house on Monday. His crew was polite, professional and courteous. They did the job and cleaned everything up.... including our pool. Very impressed.Victor also followed up to ensure that we were satisfied with the service. A+++++.Thank you!!!

I have used East Bay Tree service at our old house as well as our new. We had a LARGE pine tree that was in the corner of our property and was shedding into three of our neighbors yards. I was extremely nervous on how they were going to get that tree removed without hitting any telephone wires or it falling on one of the neighbors roof. However, EBT came in and in about 10 minutes the tree was down with no damage to anything. Therefore, when we moved to our new home and once again had a LARGE pine tree shedding on our roof and land we gave EBT a call and once again in one day the tree was gone and the stump as well. In addition, they removed 20 other miscellaneous tree's and saplings on the property as well pruned and trimmed about 10 very large existing trees that we were keeping. I would highly recommend calling EBT for any of your tree removal needs. Kristina

Prices were better than two other quotes I got, but what impressed me even more is that they didn’t rush the job just to keep it cheap. They took their time, did it right, and the results showed. Everything felt fair and straightforward from start to finish—quality work without the inflated price tag. 🙌

Had this old oak dropping branches way too close to the roof. They got here the very next day, climbed right up, and handled it like total pros. You could tell safety was their priority the whole time, and they even double-checked everything before leaving. Now the yard looks cleaner and, honestly, I sleep better not worrying about branches crashing down during a storm.

Their tree service is top-notch. Quick to respond, clear communication, and real results. I’ve had trimming done before, but this was way more precise — like they actually cared about the shape and long-term health of the trees, not just hacking limbs off. They walked me through what they were doing, didn’t rush, and even pointed out a few problem branches I hadn’t noticed. Super impressed.

I highly recommend East Bay Tree Service! Victor and his team are outstanding! I've hired them for several different jobs -- big and small. They are professional, efficient, stay within budget and complete projects on time. I also appreciate how clean and tidy they leave the area when they finish the job. I will definitely hire them again.

Victor is the best there is, true professional. I am a real estate agent in Lamorinda and need someone that I can trust 100% to take a tree down without doing any unnecessary damage and at a fair price. Victor's crew are true tradesmen. The contractors I refer to my clients are a reflection on me and I could not be happier with the service I have received. I have made the mistake in the past of using a cheaper company and it has cost me more in the long run.

We had a 60+ foot Eucalyptus and Bay tree that needed removal. Victor came the same day to give an reasonable estimate, scheduled removal the next day, workers showed up punctually at 8am, and worked 2 days. The workers were careful and skillful not to ruin the vegetable garden or come near the close by deck with the machinery or the 100-300# logs that were brought down. They also did a complimentary trim of another Eucalyptus that hung over from a neighbor's property. When they left, they cleaned up the area as well as the street where the chipping was done. That evening, Victor called to make sure we were satisfied about the work and offered a log splitter for us to use for the firewood we kept, for no charge. We have used this company before and have always had great service. We highly recommend them. Patrick E.

Victor is a seasoned veteran when it come to tree services, I was immediately impressed with his knowledge of trees (when they should be trimmed, which ones are fire risk, and what would grow well on our property) and his passion for improving our outdoor space. We had 5 large pines removed, a handful of junipers, and topped off some trees around the property to create some nice view windows as we live on a hill. Victor made sure we met our timeline and his crew was friendly and efficient. His prices are reasonable and the work is insured. I especially liked how Victor came by to check on progress and followed up after the job to see if we were happy. Will definitely work with him and his team again!

My mom’s house had this big old tree growing way too close to the power lines. She was super anxious about it, but the crew totally put her at ease. They walked her through what they’d do, showed up right on time, and handled everything with care. You could tell they’ve done this before—no rushed cuts or mess left behind. Really appreciate how respectful they were with her and the property. Good people doing solid work.

I was very pleased from the very beginning when Victor came to give me an estimate of the work I wanted done. His price quote was fair, and we set a time for the pruning. Chris did a good job, and I am a satisfied customer.

Super friendly crew—showed up early, walked me through the plan, and got straight to work. I was a little nervous about the tree since it was so close to our shed, but they took it down piece by piece with total control. It was actually kind of impressive to watch. Everything was done safely, smoothly, and they left the yard spotless. Top marks for both skill and cleanup. Would definitely call them again! 🌳🛠️👏

Long story short-- Victor is a great guy and gets things done. I needed the job done professionally and quickly and I don't have time to mess around, my life is too busy already. These guys are great-- they came out and did an excellent job (just have to wait a couple more days for the stumps to be removed). Victor gave me an excellent price and came with a highly qualified crew that were very professional and listened to my exact requests. A+++++

...the absolute best tree service company in the Bay Area..."

"I wanted to take a few moments to write a testimonial about what I consider to be the absolute best tree service company in the Bay Area. I have used East Bay Tree for 3 separate jobs over the period of 1 year. Each one was done efficiently and professionally. Victor Ghavamzadeh (the owner) personally came to my home each time to assess the work and listen to my goals as to removal, shaping, and design. In every case, Victor kept in communication with me, letting me know when the work would begin (between the rain storms) and following up with me to determine my satisfaction prior to the completion of the job. I would recommend East Bay Tree Service to anyone in the East Bay who is looking for professional tree care."

...this company has earned our highest possible recommendation!"

"We have used East Bay Tree Service for many years, and their professionalism, competence, and customer service are outstanding. We entrusted our backyard to a team of artists who carefully and methodically removed dead wood and branches to reveal the hidden treasure of a beautiful view that was just waiting to be seen. After East Bay Tree Service completed each project, they consistently left our yard in pristine condition. East Bay Tree Service offers its customers timely, fair estimates, and this company has earned our highest possible recommendation!"

"...they have consistently done great work..."

"I have known Victor, the owner and founder of East Bay Tree for almost 20 years. Over the years I have totally trusted all my tree work to the experts at East Bay Tree. They have consistently done great work from large tree removal, view clearing and annual maintenance. The advice, knowledge and execution of work from start to finish is excellent and I know I can count on them. I have consistently referred my real estate clients to East Bay Tree knowing that they too will receive the high quality of work that I have."

"...an expert in their field, an ethical business person and reliable."

“I recommend Victor and his crew at East Bay Tree Service with great confidence to all of our landscape clients who need tree work done. I have worked with and referred Victor with East Bay Tree Service for 10 years. In the landscaping business we partner with many other trades people to accomplish the goals of our customers. I will only refer our clients to someone who I know is; an expert in their field, an ethical business person and reliable. Victor and his crew are professional, reliable and highly trained in their field. All of my customers have been very happy with the quality and efficiency of service they’ve received from East Bay Tree Service. I also know that Victor will take the extra time to ensure the surrounding landscape is protected during tree removal and that each job site will be left clean. I used Victor’s company in my own yard when our massive 350 year-old Oak went down. We had gotten a call that our tree had fallen from our neighbors while we were driving home from Tahoe. I immediately called Victor to see if he could work us into his schedule. When we arrive home two hours later he was there assessing the situation. By 2pm the next day the tree had been removed and the yard was cleaned up. I was impressed!
