The service and price I received from East Bay Tree Service was SUPERIOR!!! Victor and his team were amazing! They fit me in their already busy schedule . They did excellent work.They cut down and removed 6 trees from my property. They pruned a giant pine tree in my front yard along with pruning and shaping other smaller trees in my yard.The price was beyond fair . They completed the work in less than two days!! Aside from the trees being gone you can't tell they were there as they cleaned up the mess . Finally the icing on the cake is Victor is an extremely nice person who responds to your calls promptly and his team of workers were polite and very hard working. There is no doubt in my mind who I will call if I need tree service again!

OUTSTANDING! I have near 3 messy acres that have over-grown incredibly in the last two good rainy seasons. Victor and crew wiped my slate clean in one day: trees, shrubs, rat hovels, all! Whoa! Beyond that, the crew is courteous and attentive to requests along the grooming way. Terrific!

Called Victor and left a message - and got his call back within a day (this was during the weekend, so extra points to them). He visited my place to check a fallen oak (also during the weekend), and provided a first estimate, but also provided some insights about options to save parts of the tree, which would also mean a lower cost (I appreciated his honesty). After agreeing on a day and time, his crew showed up and did a great job - not only taking care of the fallen tree but also of some other branches that needed to be trimmed as the fire season is about to start. They cleaned everything after themselves. I highly recommend them, for price and service.

My husband called East Bay Tree Service after a giant eucalyptus tree fell onto our property, doing extensive damage to our garden and putting our animals at risk. Even though it was after 5pm when we called, Victor said he would be right over with his team to take care of it for us. They were over so fast, worked in the pouring rain, and didn't leave until we were sure our animals would be safe for the night. They found a way to prop up our broken fence, and even patched the broken animal enclosure. Victor and his crew could have easily gone home for the night- but they took care of us in our time of need and after a very stressful day that meant the world to us. They came back first thing the next morning to finish the job. The work was done quickly and efficiently and the workers on site were friendly. We will use them for all of our big tree jobs in the future and will recommend them to anyone who needs tree service.

Our huge old oak tree recently fell due to age and erosion on a Saturday afternoon. I called Victor at East Bay Tree Service. He came out that afternoon, gave us an estimate and subsequently told me he could have a crew out to start removal on Monday morning. First thing Monday, Victor and his crew of about 5 guys got to work. One week later the entire tree, including the stump, was gone. Additionally, they took care of a couple of limbs on our neighbors property that our tree had damaged and removed the debris from the creek that defines our proprty line. These guys worked very hard. They had all the right equipment. They were extremely respectful of our property and were just a great bunch of guys. They left our property clean and neat and they did it all with a smile. Victor was very much involved with the job from start to finish and he was also very helpful with providing recommendations and information for our insurance claim. HIGHLY RECOMMEND EAST BAY TREE SERVICE!!!

I have used East Bay Tree service at our old house as well as our new. We had a LARGE pine tree that was in the corner of our property and was shedding into three of our neighbors yards. I was extremely nervous on how they were going to get that tree removed without hitting any telephone wires or it falling on one of the neighbors roof. However, EBT came in and in about 10 minutes the tree was down with no damage to anything. Therefore, when we moved to our new home and once again had a LARGE pine tree shedding on our roof and land we gave EBT a call and once again in one day the tree was gone and the stump as well. In addition, they removed 20 other miscellaneous tree's and saplings on the property as well pruned and trimmed about 10 very large existing trees that we were keeping. I would highly recommend calling EBT for any of your tree removal needs. Kristina

I am a landscape contractor and called Victor to remove a large cedar tree and a couple large stump grinds on a quick turnaround time frame. A bit of tricky job due to proximity of power lines but East Bay Tree had no issues. The crew was great, quality of the work was on point, and everything was completed on time. Really helped us move forward with our project. I will contact them again.
