I'm so grateful for Victor and East Bay Tree Service! Victor went above and beyond in helping with a donation to build a school garden at a San Francisco public elementary school. He was very responsive to my inquiries, made himself readily available, and even supported my school with the cutting and transportation of premium redwood lumber, which we used to build raised beds. It was unbelievable. We never would have been able to accomplish everything we did without Victor and East Bay Tree Service, he really was so thoughtful to support the local community and students in need. I highly recommend them!! Thank you so much!

5 star service... I asked Victor to come out and remove a few trees and shrubs on my property... He was prompt and showed up when he said he would, performed the work in an incredibly professional manner, and left the site clean...all for a very fair price... Without question, I will tell friends and family about my experience with East Bay Tree Service for all tree/brush work...

2nd time we used this company for service on our property. The 2nd job was not a huge job - a cut down of a 20-25 ft. cedar that had died. We got 3 quotes and found Victor's to be the most reasonable. They arrived with a crew of 4 and 20-30 mins later the tree was down and they did a great job of cleaning up the mess afterward. If I had any suggestion for Victor that would make it even better, it would be "Better Communication". I know this was a "small job", but still - would have been much better to actually SCHEDULE this than just "show up between larger jobs when in the area". All in all , yes, I will use them again for my future jobs.

Victor is a super nice guy who is very good about returning calls, which counts for a lot. He gave us a very good price and got the job done despite rainy weather.

We had a 60+ foot Eucalyptus and Bay tree that needed removal. Victor came the same day to give an reasonable estimate, scheduled removal the next day, workers showed up punctually at 8am, and worked 2 days. The workers were careful and skillful not to ruin the vegetable garden or come near the close by deck with the machinery or the 100-300# logs that were brought down. They also did a complimentary trim of another Eucalyptus that hung over from a neighbor's property. When they left, they cleaned up the area as well as the street where the chipping was done. That evening, Victor called to make sure we were satisfied about the work and offered a log splitter for us to use for the firewood we kept, for no charge. We have used this company before and have always had great service. We highly recommend them. Patrick E.

Victor and his East Bay Tree Service team worked on our backyard area last Friday to remove, top, or thin down various trees so that we get more sunlight throughout the day, especially in the mid afternoon. Victor patiently listened to what we explained and needed, advised the trees that will make a difference, and followed up twice to make sure the job was satisfactory over the weekend. His team executed quickly, cleanly, and most importantly this is the first tree service who did not damage our property. We're not done yet with our trees related improvement at our home and will definitely hire East Bay Tree Service again.
